Sleeping helps learning and memory. And it may also be crucial to your brain's ability to learn and remember. I get 7 hour to sleep. Yes, I think its enough because people need 7 or 8 hour to sleep. No, I feel not tired in the morning because I get enough sleep. Yes, I try to get a little more sleep because sleep give your body time to rest and recharge, makes you feel better and improves your memory.
